Product leader at the intersection of AI, Web3 & engineering

I'm a strategic Product Manager with 5+ years bridging backend engineering, Web3 infrastructure, and autonomous AI systems. My edge is in designing product-level controls, incentive structures, and adversarial testing for non-deterministic systems — areas where traditional PM playbooks fall short.

Currently Lead PM at BuildBear Labs, where I scaled a blockchain infrastructure platform from zero to a venture-backed ecosystem. I also maintain AgentARC, an open-source framework for securing autonomous AI agents.

Before product, I was an engineer — building IoT devices, embedded systems, and data pipelines. That foundation shapes how I think about products: from the metal up.

Zero to One Builder
Took BuildBear from a prototype to a venture-backed platform with a $2M Seed round — defining the product vision and technical roadmap end-to-end.
AI Safety Researcher
Architecting AgentARC — an open-source framework for securing autonomous AI agents by analyzing failure modes and implementing execution guardrails.
Web3 Infrastructure
Integrated 12+ blockchain protocols, managed 50+ developer team partnerships, and designed the platform's first monetization model.
Technical Writer
Published 8+ in-depth articles on AI agents, Web3 protocols, and agentic payment systems — covering both research and practical implementation.
